Service as It Should Be

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Returns & Refunds Policy

The Pamper Box is committed to a high quality service and will replace your purchase if it arrives damaged or is not representative of the item chosen on the website. Any damage should be reported as soon as possible, with photographs of the damage sent to info@thepamperbox.com.au.

Items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty. We advise you to retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item. Goods will only be accepted for return if you contact The Pamper Box within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

 

Damaged Orders

We take a high level of care in preparing all our orders and even greater care in packing them for safe transit to your delivery address.

We put the care into the hands of logistics companies however, at times not all parcels are handled with utmost care and things get damaged. If your package arrives damaged please contact us. 

The handmade nature of the ceramic cups may contain slight imperfections and you may see some slight colour variation, please note that this is a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

 

Refunds

We kindly ask you to choose carefully as we do not offer refunds, except in the case of faulty items that are unable to be repaired or replaced. Under Australian consumer law, a refund is not available for change of mind.

A refund is also not available if you postpone or cancel an event due to unforseen circumstances such as Government restrictions on large gatherings.

In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have approved the return.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made. 

Shipping Overseas

The Pamper Box can not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility of any customs duties, foreign taxes and other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian regulations, we are prohibited by law from marking any orders as a 'gift'.

Product Photography Online

We make every effort to display our products and colour charts as clearly and accurately as possible, however, The Pamper Box cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. Computer screen colour settings vary and may affect the way products appear. Some garments are custom made and detailed by hand and as such, the finished items may vary slightly from the design shown on the site. Please feel free to contact us if you require additional images of our products prior to purchasing
